Mandatory vaccines required for 3/4 of my friends who are nurses. Not sure if they will get it or quit. This is going to get interesting.
I am predicting there will be an exodus of many health care workers. I know my brother has stated that he will quit his job as an ER nurse manager if his employer requires it. At the hospital where I work it is not mandatory yet. Not sure when, but, I assume it will be at some point.
I don't know how any employer in the state of this country right now could make vaccines mandatory. I work EMS - it is a dying, underpaid job country wide. If we add any more "mandations" we'd lose the few we have. This goes for so many other fields right now. I just don't get it.
And now we switch from the "Should you get the shot?" and "Why you should get the shot" to "Every business needs to mandate the shot" and "Should local, state and federal law makers consider mandating the shot for those who wosh to go out in public?" making skeptics even more skeptical. They have screwed the entire vaccine rollout up so bad there isn't any fixing it.
Doesn't change my concerns. Also here at work we've been keeping track of a few things. We strongly feel that the J&J vaccine has caused the death of a few females between 45-55. Obviously, we could be wrong. But it still makes one wonder.
yep, my sister who was a nurse for almost 40 yrs, head nurse of the geriatric floor at a major hospital by Seattle retired after being told to get the vaccine ... she is who I trust to get my info on these non-vaccines ....
I'm glad your sister had the option to retire! I feel so bad for those who are being mandated. Those who are very good at their job and told either get it or get out (pretty much). Our health field will be hurting even more in the near future!
