No joke, I stopped at game stop early last week and bought a new xbox and a few games just bc I saw where this was all headed and knew I would be at home for awhile. Not a huge fan of gaming but it has kept the mind from wandering. Now if I could only find out where to purchase flash bangs..

I doubt it happens, he has pushed the economy his entire presidency, he doesn't want to lose it. That's the reason why he tried to downplay it, he knew what it could do to the economy and wanted to keep it from crashing. It was already irreversible by the time he closed the border to China. Wouldn't have mattered if he came out and said "Many Americans are about to become sick, and many will die". He would then be attacked for causing panic and crashing the economy. The economy is his reelection campaign, but he's not going to do something that foolish if it isn't the right thing to do. Right now he has all his chips on off label prescribings and hoping they can see a mass recovery in NY.
Whenever I watch the taskforce updates I listen to who's talking but watch Birx and Fauci for their reactions, not so much for the comedy of that one, but you can see them wince and grimmace at times and know if Trump is adlibbing or going with their data, or I guess as you would put it lieing. We'll see where we are in a month I guess.

At one point he was starting a nuclear war with North Korea. His problem is he cannot lie as smoothly as politicians do, that's any and all politicians, not just past presidents. So since you constantly go back to late January into end of February, what should he have done, what would you have done? China was the epicenter, Italy was spiking upwars, demand was already putting a strainnon the global market of PPE. Even with GM and Ford wanting to start making ventilators, that's apparently still 6 months out. How would Germ have handled this? You have never offered the solution that you think should have been. You only praise Trump when the markets rally, which I still get skeptical on.
Answer these questions and try to be honest with your answers. 1. If Trump knew in Dec/Jan this was going to be bad, would he have not had the supplies ready to go when we need them? 2. If Trump knew in Dec/Jan this was going to be bad, would he have not had testing ready to go? Right now the company line is this "Trump knew but he did not want to crash the economy so he went out and said it's going to be okay America" So let's take that premise as true, Trump knew and was just trying to ease the blow for the American people. Great, here the issue he did NOTHING for nearly 10 weeks to get America ready for what he "knew" was coming. Were we ready to test? Nope Did we have enough supplies? Nope His first message from the Whitehouse needed 6 corrections within 30 minutes, so please tell me again how Trump "knew". Can anybody log on to the site created by Google(FYI, not GOOGLE) and the 1700 engineers working on it yet? Do you think a businessman as smart as Trump would have this ready to go if he "knew" in Dec/Jan?

I got into a rumble with a naked guy last night..... yeah don't ask. After taking him into custody he tells us he has the coronavirus. I was so pissed. We start jumping through all the hoops which involve a tremendous amount of work, only for him to recant his words. I wish I could charge him for more than assaulting me....sob.
So, todays numbers are in, and today they have started including capacity of ICU beds and ventilators being used. I'll tack on to previous numbers and keep doing so: Past 6 day new cases for IL 19th 136 20th 163 21st 168 22nd 296 23rd 236 24th 250, 4 new deaths Total statewide= 1535 with 16 deaths. 57% of ICU beds occupied 28% of ventilators occupied Only change in my county two additional tests pending one added to confirmed negative.
Glad he was lieing, there should be a way to charge him with something, that's BS. Oddly enough you gave me the means to post this, wasn't sure how or where, but this happened to my Southwest in Jerseyville, IL Sun or Mon. Wierdos out there for sure
