Media and our governments are driving this truck and I have a feeling Trump is getting off in 10 more days.

What's making me starting to rethink and question everything os the congressinal dems BS stunts they are doing. They lost 5 votes duebto quarantine? Great, end negotiations and lets get our campaign agendas put in with our version.

They don't want to save the economy, they would love to see it crash even further. They don't take the virus serious either, they use it every chance they get to blame Trump and his cabinet for states thinking that it is his job to do theirs.

I'm thinking they will lose the House by an even larger margin as a result.

Generally seems to survive longer on nonporous surfaces (glass, plastics, metal).

Also reinforces my 'I'm calling BS' concern on all these companies claiming were stepping up our sanitation procedures.

Why? People will die on a sword with what the believe today. Look at vaccine fight going on in this country, look at any fight and you have folks on either side that will not budge. Regardless of scientific data and actual facts.

Gov Whitmore here in Michigan was on the MEA call and I was listening with my wife, she flat out lied did any of the leaders or anyone speak up? Nope.

Trump has botched this from the start and why he's made some attempts to correct his mistakes will anyone call him out of his followers? Anyone here? My guess is one or two.

Pelosi anyone in her district who voted for her going to call her out?

Until the sides remove their collective heads from their butts this is what we will be moving forward, this is us.

Lets be honest here. This is happening not because of businesses and employees. I think most companies would control their employees strictly on job. They know the importance of keeping them productive. The problem is individuals left to their own judgments. NYC ,SPRING BREAKERS crowds at the cherry blossoms are all examples. EVEN IN LOCK downs. On job you risk being fired...on street ,arrests should be happening or at the very least immediate fines and substantial ones on spot. Or make them do supervised public service...handing out food, cleaning public areas. Do a work to home restriction.
Open the day cares in company for the time being.
Can't help all service workers, but it would get factories back up and running.

Trump is not quitting if that what you think, he's getting off the quarantine train in 10 days. He's going to want to get the economy rolling.

What's even crazier is that this has essentially turned into a blame game republican vs democrat. The big picture of a virus killing thousands and thousands of people is being shadowed now by politics. Sad, sad, sad state of this country. So many feed right into it too.

No it is the socialists who want to forgive $30,000 of college debt as part of the package to gain the favor of young voters.

I want to see this funding passed but what I dont want to see is another corporate slush fund being funneled back into these lawmakers pockets.

This is all just more of the same grandstanding on both sides, they all seem to have some sorta Hero complex and want to be the one or side that says "see what we did for you?" They want you to remember that in the voting booth. So what it basically boils down to is basic selfishness and putting their idiotic political ideology first, not the American public. Not one single one of them is better or worse than the other. I mean, if you want to sit here all day and argue how Mitch McConnell is better than Nancy Pelosi or vice versa feel free, its an exercise in futility but you're completely free to make fools of yourself, it's honestly more American than apple pie and Chevy these days.

Mine shifted yesterday, as soon as Pelosi tried to kill the Senate bill and force her hand into this since Republicans have nearly lost the majority altogether due to quarantine, self imposed or otherwise.

That's when I said eff it, it's no longer about containment and lessening the effects, it's about not letting a crisis go to waste.

I hope the trial in NY goes way beyond expectations and it starts rolling out to the other hotspots and that curve turns into a reverse spike rather than leveling off.

I want to see the media and congressional Dems heads explode if this actually works.

Most taxpayers fret about debt, the gov't does not. Imagine the amount it would cost the taxpayer if we gave every person that has college debt $30,000 off their debt? My mortgage was more than student loans and my generation pays more taxes than the youth with college debt, last I checked we live in a democracy with liberty and justice for all. This student loan forgiveness is BS.

Maybe a bit past 10 more days, imho I'd say max 4-6 wks depending on what info he is absorbing, but, I absolutely agree with the sentiment.

I'm against the Gov bailouts. Was in 2008 too.

Call me barbaric...this is Darwinian effects on capitalism.

21+T already in debt is way overspent by the Fed.

They’ll prefer it better in them; weird fetish, but it’s 2020, you can do your thing without judgement.
I can’t stand people that close to me in normal operations let alone with what’s going on now. Ignorant dang people, kudos on the clerk, although they are probably sick of dealing with the public by now.[/QUOTE]

Can't even trust my tablet to not "auto correct".

That definitely came out very weird.

Now isn't it convenient to place blame in areas you personally have no clue of the dynamics involved. Want to do a comparison? Lets see Pelosi blowing up negotiations just as a deal was close. To make her own personal plan. Stuffing more unrelated pork in it than an Italian sausage. Trumps biggest problem...he really isn't a public speaker, the non stop beating these F's have thrust upon him is showing a little wear. This isn't his problem He has no control over that, any more than he can control all the A hole Americans STILL not doing their part to stop the spread.
"He botched this from the start" Please, please educate me on your experience with an, oh wait, UNPRECEDENTED GLOBAL pandemic that you can tell me how he botched this from the start. Please tell me all the behind the scene information you have to show me where YOU could have done a better job. I would love to know how you have been availed such information.
Pelosi, well she publicly and in writing showed her incompetence, A 6 grader can look at her plan and see her BS. In fact I've heard one openly ask what does that do to help with the out break?
In such a position we are in, of course some mistakes or miscalculations have and will happen. This is a living ,breathing evolving problem it's not a stagnant movable obstruction. There is a clear difference between errors and criminal incompetence, Pelosi clearly is carrying the latter.

That's easy to say when one still has a job, I am a data engineer also. Hell, I am still getting calls for job offers. Also, my company is having the best March ever, being we work with advertisers and Retailers online stores.
No worries on the overspend, tax cuts pay for themselves.

Jan. 22: “We have it totally under control. It’s one person coming in from China. We have it under control. It’s going to be just fine.”

Jan. 30: “But we’re working very closely with China and other countries, and we think it’s going to have a very good ending for us … that I can assure you.”

Feb. 10: “Now, the virus that we’re talking about having to do — you know, a lot of people think that goes away in April with the heat — as the heat comes in. Typically, that will go away in April. We’re in great shape though.”

Feb. 14: “There’s a theory that, in April, when it gets warm — historically, that has been able to kill the virus. So we don’t know yet; we’re not sure yet. But that’s around the corner.”

Feb. 23: “We have it very much under control in this country.”

Feb. 24: “The Coronavirus is very much under control in the USA. ”

Feb. 26: “So we’re at the low level. As they get better, we take them off the list, so that we’re going to be pretty soon at only five people.”

Feb. 26: “And again, when you have 15 people, and the 15 within a couple of days is going to be down to close to zero, that’s a pretty good job we’ve done.”

Feb. 27: “It’s going to disappear. One day — it’s like a miracle — it will disappear.”

The last one was the same day the senator told his donors this would be bad as 1918.

    He botched it.
