That's how my pre-surgery test was. Made me want to sneeze. This one they shoved about 2 1/2 inches in, let it rest there, was told to inhale a deep breath through my nose and exhale out mouth. After 8 seconds it was removee and my eye watered for about 5 minutes
I got to thinking, all these states with big hunting communities. Restricting how many family members can eat at your home because of covid during The holidays. They totally ignor the groups of people jammed into hunting camps during the rut around the same time. They'd fit 10 guys in a two bedroom cabin for a week. There's at least four at camp now...the camp above us and behind us have at least 6 guys at them...just makes me laugh. Cuomo needs to pull his head out of his arse just once in a while.
I usually pick up a friend of mine up at the airport he flies in from California we drive up to his families deer camp. I no longer hunt I hang around camp and cook. I called my friend a month ago and said can't do it. There will be 20 people in the "shack" for dinner tonight.
Told me 2-5 days for my results, am off work until at least then. All I can do is sit at home and wait either for a negative result, don't see how that is possible, or the symptoms to really kick in. Guess I could get lucky and be positive and asymptomatic for the most part. Stocked up on chicken noodle soup and 7 up a couple days ago at the advice of coworker who had it a couple weeks back. Also picked up some Vitamin D and have Vitamin C and Zinc coming tomorrow. Start taking that tomorrow as a precaution. All this bullchit because someone who knowingly was in close contact with someone pending a test result did not say anything to anyone about it. I'd have refused to train him had I known that.
I just got off the phone with my father in law he told me he knew he had covid when his brandy and 7 at the VFW didn't taste right. He has COPD refused to be admitted when he was in the ER he just wanted his recliner and he is doing better. How is that possible? Pickled ornery SOB.
Very well could be, by no means am I in the clear but I am not feeling any worse for the wear. I think a lot of my ailments have been stress induced. I'm only at 86 hours or so since exposure so still a ways to go, I actually may have been tested a bit too early. Not hoping to be positive by any means, but if I do not test positive this go around with it, 10+ hours exposure, no mask(s) and easily within half the 6' rule for distancing in a closed environment, I'll have even more questions than answers with it.
Fingers crossed brother. Another 24 hours symptom free you should be clear. The trick to booze keeping you healthy is you need to maintain the slow BAC simmer. If you bring it up from 0.0 to a rolling .15 too quick you will knock your internal systems out of whack and then you're effed for 12-48 hours until it re-sets. Keep it at a nice constant .03-.12 steaming simmer and that doesn't let foreign bodies take hold and begin to reproduce. SCIENCE
You most likely do not have it. My wife does tracing. More than 80% will have symptoms and/or test positive in the 48 hour range. Another 15% within 72 hours. Go buy a lotto ticket you probably have a better chance of getting a winner with that. Oh, and buy that idiot a punch in the nose! For all my bitches about my employer, they are paying us to stay home while waiting for rona test results. Of course, that has drawn out the dead beats who really dont want to work.
Drinking is a matter of algebraic equations, it is seldom that you drink too much, it is that you do not weigh enough to drink the amount that you did. I weigh 187 and I know the ratio from experience on beer, whiskey I tend to lose my math.
Test was negative, but still says to quarantine for 14 days from last contact. Talked to work and was set to return tomorrow, but because I have a slight cough still they said not to return until it is gone for 24 hours. I even told them I had it at time of testing but didn't matter.
This covid thing just got real, liquor stores are unable to get their orders for Bud Light Platinum, I think it is the damn skinny cans.
Imagine a virus soo deadly that you had to be tested to even know you had it..... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Serious question. Has anyone seen anyone in their neighborhoods or close associates pass away from covid or at least get extremely sick?
