I may have to be in Guam here in a couple weeks...if that overlaps we definitely need to grab a beer.

I'm not volunteering to cover that possible bail, but I'll commit to at least a few dollars, quality video will up the amount

our first time in Guam was Cinderella liberty ... had to be back on the ship by Midnight (or else) ... so we found the nearest pub ... Randy fell off the bar stool and cracked his head open ... when we got back to the ship, going up the boarding walk, we crawled on our hands and knees ... we caught hell for that ... Ive got a pic buried at home with Randys head all wrapped up ...

I imagine this being a lot like Full Metal Jacket if that movie was about a college road trip rather than the Vietnam War.

Been off all week, symptoms subsided Tuesday but couldn’t go back until test results were back. They came back negative today. It was just the flu, who woulda thunk!? I figured as such but still had to jump through the hoops. Had a week off and didn’t have to use my time.

Last 10 day quarantine about ended in divorce. Lots and lots of drinking. Didn’t really do anything wrong, wife just didn’t like me having so much fun and still getting paid for it. I was good this time though.

Wow, 3 posts down on Page 2? Kinda nice actually.

But, to the top it goes.

Went down to SW IL with a few family and friends to escape the madness and get a change of scenery.

Stayed at Pere Marquette, hit a tour boat on the IL/MS river connection to beat the heat down and then spent time sitting around the table drinking beer and telling stories.

Much like this thread popping up sporadically, wasn't a whope lot of reminders of this virus left out there.

Every bar/club, water park, marina, restaurant and roadside stand was packed. Car shows happening and aside from a fee employees and attendees having a mask on very little social distancing by any of them and actually was very little reminder of what the government wants us to see/do.

Sure it was a Holiday weekend, but I seriously doubt, sans flooding, yoy would see much difference between Memorial day and Labor Day.

Had to wear a mask when confirmed boat tour reservation but not everyone had one and they said to come in anyway

Every resident in Grafton and surrounding communitues should be infected just by the sheer numbers of nonresidents coming in from hours and hours away, yet, the numbers seem to be most out of control in areas where government officials allow the numbers to either get out of control or allow them to be manipulated to look as such.

There's a reason Biden and his campaign are starting to attack the vaccine, they know Americans are seeing through the bullchit.

Funny I wear a mask when required yet I do not agree with the mandate because according to statistics it has not worked. Anytime you question the mandate people accuse you of not wearing the mask. I wear the mask I know it is stupid and pointless yet others make accusations based on opinions. No wonder you people lose can't lose elections.

Funny thing is if I do get infected, I will almost guarantee it will be from a place that I do wear a mask.

I can't wait to cough and sneeze on the unsuspecting again.....
