No one in my immediate family has had the crap yet. I have one aunt that tested positive, had some breathing issues and a bad headache for a week straight. Had one guy I went to school with in the early 90's (underclassman) catch it in town and had a pretty bad time of it but he's fine now.

I can tell you where he hasn’t been. He hasn’t been gone fixing my one dislike he gave me. But then again...maybe he just really did dislike the post. I was hoping one day I’d get on a team with him and settle it there, and since we’re doing one big team and all :poke:

So let's start a new question without a new thread.

When the vaccine is released will you get it?

Will you also get a flu shot?

My answer is No and No, I got vaccines as a kid and have never had a flu shot. See no reason to now as I never partook in the H1n1, Ebola, Avian Bird Flu or any of the mosquito born illnesses, Zika etc.

I'm either very luck or very immune already, why chance it

I will defiantly not get the vaccine if and when one becomes available. They just pump garbage into people in hopes to help prevent things. I never have gotten flu shots only vaccinated as a child, Granted I’m only 34, but I stay away from otc/prescription stuff. I don’t get sick, I know more people that get sick with a flu shot then not. I understand why people do get them tho, to each their own. I try to live natural.

I'm by no means a antivaccer but my children and I only get that which is absolutely required to attend school. We are a very healthy family and whether it's God's grace or the diet of venison and veggies ( we don't do processed or fast food) I can't remember the last time one of us was sick.

    no and no.
Since C-19's reputation as a killer is 1000% a hoax and the flu is the flu and only slightly more deadly than C-19...and I won't get a flu shot...so as to be intellectually and morally consistent a hard no on taking a C-19 vaccine.

I've had what I can only assume is the flu a few times. High temp, body aches, wracking cough and upper respiratory crud for a week with lingering issues for 1-2 more after the first crappy week. Sounds like the flu, right? Viral, not the common cold...has to be the flu?

It sucks but I'd rather get the flu and boost my natural immunities than have Big Pharma shoot more barely tested crap into my body.

And no, I am not a hard-core anti-vaxxer. Small pox, polio, t-dap, measles, mumps, whatever. Those diseases are killers and cripplers.

No and no. I think I’m in the same boat as you. Got vaccines when I was a baby but have never had a flu shot.

I work in a hospital, and I do not care. I am not taking a vaccine until there is has been an minimum five year trial showing no long term negative effects. Rushing a vaccine to market would be the most medically irresponsible thing that could be done under the circumstances. So the FDA will probably do just that.

934 new cases in Minnesota yesterday, guess the masks do not work in Minnesota either.
