Heading back from Traverse City this morning. Everyone was wearing masks in the shops. The spacing of tables for indoor dining was very good. Overall I think things were pretty well done. Time will tell.
Or is it stupid people that believe the mask will work? Or if data shows the masks do not work blame the mask wearers.
We are in and out of nasty homes all night long on the job. We work in the zip code with highest percent pop with covid in the state, yet barely any of us have gotten covid. With and without masks depending on the type of call.

From what I'm hearing from my daughter at college, sounds like we will be seeing some Rona hot spots on campus soon... Or could see some bubbles when kids are home from breaks... Thanksgiving? Apparently UNC Chapel Hill is already a growing problem (interesting, it being very liberal) as protocols haven't been followed (probably don't want to offend anyone). ECU also had a party of like 400 broken up... Nice.
People I hate you because of your stupidity, not all people just the stupid ones. I have mentioned that I stay away from the younger people here at work. Most of the people that work in production are the younger people in the company. I was searching for an open restroom this morning and the 2 in the office were occupied so I go out to the shop and use the restroom. I go to wash my hands and turn on the hot water and it was cold. 42 people in the building the bathrooms are occupied a lot. The only way the water is cold is if nobody is washing their hands. You stupid slobs wash your damn hands you sit in the bathroom and watch videos while you sit on the toilet for 10 minutes while you are getting paid how about spending another minute not doing your job to do something that will protect everybody else in the building.
Oh, forgot to mention. Airlines will start making cuts soon, I think 10/1. A friend working at one, mentioned they are now, ONLY, losing 30M/day (down from 100M)...Unless there is another relief bill...when does Congress return?

[+1] I have been exposed to C-19+ people several times. In close proximity; both with and without masks. Unless I was asymptomatic; I never caught it. I am 100% convinced you have to be either very unlucky or work/live with someone who has it to get it. You know, like in a nursing home.
BUT YOU CAN GET IT THROUGH YOUR EYES! PS - we haven't had a COVID death in our county since 7/26, yet we still have mandatory e-learning for all schools. The level of stupidity and fear has reached all-time highs lately.
