So was having a conversation with an individual at work. I stated that I still do not know anyone who has gotten the virus. The individual said that I most certainly do and the individual probably was asymptomatic. What kind of mental jump is that?
I'm getting my brain dabbed tomorrow. Turns out I've come into contact with a carrier, a client has tested positive. Whether I have it or not, I'm taking two weeks off work, why not.
so I missed a work group thing last Thursday due to my being quarantined. 18 guys all told. Today, I get notified that one of the guys from that thing tested positive today. None of the guys was wearing masks and some were in the car with the Breakout Monkey. Being the boss; I now get to do all the contact tracing. Had I been there, I would be the one filling out Worker's Comp forms for being exposed and sitting back while MY boss did all the contact tracing reports. Needless to say I wish I had been there.
heck, just the exposure would have gotten me out of the papertrail. Just my worker's comp claim and that's it. Instead I get to review and approve everyone else's forms + compile their contact tracing.
