Well team I got shut out this past weekend. Therefore, I put up a big fat goose-egg for the team this year. I thought I was going to get it done Saturday. I had 7 does coming in on a path with 3 forks in it. One fork would have put them broadside at 11 yards. Another fork puts them broadside at 20 yards. The fork they decided to take put them dead down wind at about 45 yards. They winded me and that was the end of the story. Time to get ready for next year. Have a good one. -D
Hey guys, My first deer of the year has not yet been entered, because I have to re-score it in order for it to be accepted. My 2nd deer is good, but he has not yet updated.
Hey guys, I just wanted to say what a pleasure it's been to be on a team with you guys. Winners or not, buck or not, any season bowhunting is a successful season. I wish all of you the best of luck in the future, and look forward to competing against you next year.
I shot a big buck on Oct. 4th this past year and couldn't find him. Last week I was putting a trail camera out and I saw a dead deer out in a picked bean field. The beans at the time of me shooting him were still green and tall. The head was gone but the deer had big rib bones. This wasn't 120 yds. From where I shot this buck. I walked within 20 yds of this spot looking for him. Walked around 15 total hours too. I talked to the farmer yesterday. He said they found several heads but the guys that work for him keep them. He said he'd ask them about it and I'm checking in with him in month. Sent from my ALCATEL A845L using Tapatalk
