Hey drath, I got you all checked in. I hunt MO a fair bit myself. My brother lives down there. I hunt in Edina and by desoto. Edina is close to Novelty. How about you guys. Also drath we have to vote on a captain so I can give it to fitz. Let me know thanks

You should check out some public land a little closer to home when you only have a day or two. Little Lost Creek is just passed Warrenton. It's not a bad place, a little rugged though. It takes about an hour from St. Charles to get there. BK Leach is off hwy 79 but it has it's on dates as far as when you can hunt it. It's mainly a duck hunting spot. You can hunt early season and then again late season. At least that's what it used to be. I've taken a few from Leach several years ago.

Yeah, I was thinking about checking out Catawissa Conservation Area. It's only about an hour from my house and I'm pretty sure it's archery only. It's an old strip mining site down along the Meramec River. I've fished the strip mines before but never hunted there.

Some possible team names: BBD, lung busters, buck busters, deerslayers, young bucks, big bucks, antler obsession, droptine deadline, Midwest assassins, booner nation, Boone collectors. I'm pretty sure some of these have been used, but just some to pick through. Thoughts?

I'm pretty much open to whatever team name you guys like. I can't really think of anything that hasn't already been used.

Double lungers, blood seekers, full time full draw, arrow dynamics, whitetail warriors, weekend whitetails, backstrap boys, bow hunting boys, rack seekers, rack hunters, antler seekers, passthru brothers, flatland bowhunters, arrow apprentices, archery apprentices, now I'm just rambling anything that pops into my head haha. Suburban hunters, backwoods boys, backwoods bowhunters, backwoods backstrap bowhunters, broadhead boys, broadhead bowhunters. Lol I'm still going antlers and arrows,

Tim Ainsworth checking in. I got a buck killed Saturday. Just the wrong species. I'm out in Wyoming right now hunting Antelope. I'll be hunting whitetails in Illinois. I'm good with Shane as captain. As far as names... Chasin' tail or Air-row Jordan. I'll think of more later, back to hunting

I think it's great that only about half of our team has checked in and yet we already have 3 full pages of posts.
