Congratulations on the buck Shane. Very nice and way to get us on the board. Well guys I'll be out of the woods for a while as my wife gave birth to our son tonight. Luke Sawyer is 18.75 in and 6.71lbs. Both mom and Luke are doing great. Hope to hit the woods again before rut here in KY...keep piling up the points and I will keep in touch and live through your hunts for a while.

I passed up a few shots yesterday on deer and also had a bobcat right underneath my stand. Right at last light I saw a couple of shooters moving across a bean field on the neighbors Heading towards the property I'm hunting. Im pretty sure where they were crossing onto the property at so I might move a stand to that location. I have another stand probably 70 yds from there with a camera nearby. I checked it on the way out and

Haha, this was a great way to come back to the country! One member has points on the board and another has a newborn son! Now its time for me to get serious! I'm hoping to have at least a doe down by the end of next week!
I shot a big buck this evening! Definitely a fatal hit. I'm going back in to look for him. Shot him at 6:30 and got it on film.
