The disgrace of what once was considered a true and legitimate "HONOR" was shown today with this announcement!!!! Are people really this damned ignorant??? This is un_____king-believable!!!! The ironic thing was, i was on the phone with my ex-girlfriend last night, and i made a joke about how worthless the obama election was (her family is a HUGE supporter) we kidded about it for a bit, and then he wins the freaking Nobel prize when i wake up. Sweet. Maybe ill start kidding about how ill never shoot a mature buck
The Nobel Peace Prize is now (and has been for awhile) nothing but a political statement made by some left-wing Norgwegian ninnies. Remember when Al Gore won for his slide show about global warming in 2007?? He was chosen over a 97 year old woman (Irena Sendler) who helped save about 2500 kids from the nazi's. She was captured, beaten, feet and legs broken, and she would not give up he co-conspirators who helped save these childeren's lives.... And she went right back to it after she escaped. And they picked Algore. And now Obama.. What a disgrace.
Just goes to show if you don't use forged documents, lie about weapons of mass distruction, mushroom clouds, and mostly just fill your countrymen full of CHIT to create a war to make your corporate ***** base rich, anyone can win it ! As long as you dont kill 4,000 of your troops and a couple hundred thousand innocent civilians in your journey to money power and greed might help also.
Nope, all ya gotta do is tax the rich and middle class enough to make a classless society. Ya know he IS wearing the right colors for Robin Hood. He was nominated for the award when he had been in office for 9 days. He had really done a lot for a more peaceful world at that point hadn't he?
the nobel prize became a joke back in the 90's when Yassir Arafat won it... then carter in 02 just cemented it ridiculousness... this?? well, did anyone really expect anything less??? he'll probably walk across the ocean to receive the prize...
I guess I couldn't care less who wins a Nobel....why would I? I have much more important things to think about.
