Man work is going to drag tomorrow. Truck is pretty much packed, just have to put the camo in once it's dry. I don't have a stand set yet but I have a good idea where I want to sit. So I'll get home and have lunch then go set up around 1 maybe a little before and just hang out the rest of the afternoon. I'll put another stand out on the other side of the property as well. Update on buck score and its a little bit of a downer. A friend actually scored the buck for me and gave me the score but I wanted to double check before posting for the actual scorecard and there was a couple of obvious mistakes after I reviewed his data. Looks like it is going to be around 160 instead of 168 when all is said and done. Still a great buck for me and I'm still very excited about it.

Just one of many lol middle of the month I'll be back at it for 4ish days before going to MI to duck hunt. Then I'll take at least a week in November if not more. As I said that last night the new schedule for Nov. and Dec. got posted today. I will have off Nov. 6-17 so that should be a great time to be in the woods if I don't already have a buck on the ground. If I do then a lot of it will be spent duck hunting lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yeah who cares about 8 points! You just accomplished what 99% of hunters will not be able to do this year. Very very few people get to harvest a deer like that. For most if not all of us that is a buck of a lifetime! You're buck will probably score in the top 5 in the competition this year and if the rest of us shoot a spike and a doe we will probably win this thing! I'm going out tonight with the new moon phase coming in. I'm hoping for a Goliath sighting but if Lahmi walks into bow range i'll probably shoot him
