I would say whisker biscuit. My wife and son have the Hostage/Catawba rest and the rest on the wife's bow shows no wear since December. but the rest on my son's bow is showing wear after a month. Both are tuned, some bows just don't like them. NAP Quicktune 360 is better than the Catawba. I shot 100 plus arrows a week for the past 2 months and there has been little to no wear on it.
