Well, since music is a hot subject today, I figured why not post and see what you guys think of Lonely Island. Three nerdy white boys doing funny covers of songs with big name artists and they have blew up.

I was going to post the link, but the song contains some strong language so just go to youtube and check out Jack Sparrow by Lonely Island. The video has nearly 30 million views.

The Jack Sparrow song was their first truly funny one they have made in quite some time. My wife absolutely loves them, but kinda hates that they have become so big. She always has to tell me how she was a fan back when they were truly just 3 regular white boys making videos on their old website.

I'm quite certain she would mount Andy in public, during mass, as myself, her entire family, and Jesus watched.

Yeah, but all of those are over a year old, right? J*** in my Pants was their first really big "hit". Then "I'm on a Boat" made them (re: Andy) uber famous.

You just can't pump out new hits all the time.

Tis true, I demand too much.

I don't know if the music is just better produced/edited now, or if they got vocal lessons, but they have definitely improved vocally over the years. Probably a bit of both.

And for a comedic group, most of their beats and hooks are quite good.
