Primos Truth Cams cheap cameras but very good results. Have a 35 Ultra out since Mid July on 85 percent battery. Very good cameras clean crisp pictures and the trigger speed is fantastic. Never had a covert or heard of anything good about them but it all depends on how much you want to spend on one. Primos are cheaper than Cuddeback and Reconyx and have the same results.
OK - heres what I did. I ordered a Covert MP5 on Amazon last night - should be here within a week. I took my Wildgame camera to ****s and because I had it just over a year, they wouldn't do anything but give me a $14 trade in. They had a Wildgame Blade 7 - 7MP with batteries and card on sale - so I bought it. Now I will have two. The Wildgame is up already, and I look forward to getting my Covert soon. I looked at Amazon and a few other places, and the Covert M6 was always just under $100, seems everyone thinks this is the way to go. Not sure what Moultrie I have but it is out for the second year and was either $129 or $119? Maybe and 80? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
If you are referring to MP6 as M6, I believe if you tried the MP6 Black you would like it better than the MP6 IR. I have owned both and I prefer the MP6 Black
Good thing I came across this post. My screen on my ir5 went blank and couldnt get the screen to come on. I did what you just posted to reset the camera sure enough started working.
Update: My Wildgame Blade 7 is working great. I did get my Covert but have not put it up yet. I got my Buck and another deer already - will probably wait until after Gun season to put my Covert up. I think it will be great. Thanks all for the advice.
Ive had moultie, covert,stealth cam and wild game cams and the ones i like the most are coverts and stealth cams.
