    Roadkill is great! How else are you going to get that tooth cracking texture that only a gravel infused backstrap can provide? Nothing beats heading down to "the market" (I-81) and scraping bambi off the road!

    Bonus Tip: Another good place is truck stops, so many people waste the best part of the meat, the stuff that gets stuck in semi truck tire threads. The best part about this particular cut is that it could have come from anywhere in the country!
