Dude, don't you dare knock my hometown brew Leinenkugels. I'll be having one or two with dinner this evening with my wife to celebrate her graduation from college, for the second time.
I wouldnt dream of it. Glad you like it. I tried it and it tasted like every other beer and I didnt like it. I'm more of a root beer guy.
I've never seen or heard of any of these beers before. I'd like to try something different one day but Kroger is as good as it gets for "specialty beer."
Recently I have been on a Leinie Summer Shandy kick. Also like the Sam Adams Cherry Wheat. I must admit to not being enough of a beer snob to know anything about the beers you have there Hooker. The cream ale sounds like something I would like. I do like Blue Moon, Stella, and most belgium brews. Enjoy the brews and have a great vacation!
Wow! You've got a really hot wife. What a great problem she created for you to come home to I'd say cream ale as well.
Try some nice micro brewed beers. You know what Budweiser and making love in a canoe have it common? ...their both F#@king close to water.
I'm sitting here right now having a few. I started with a Schwartzbier by title town brewery called Dark helmet and i am now having a Wisconsinite by lakefront brewery. Both are very good! Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
I had the Damnation, then the wife came home, so we went to dinner, where I had some local brews. I guess the rest will have wait till I get back in 4 weeks.
If I'd been away for 2 weeks, I wouldn't be worried about what I'd be drinking first. Dan.....your hometown brew is good. I'm a newbie to it.
Ha... snort! I've never gotten the beer/alcohol thing either. It's icky. And I have zilcho tolerance. I think the best I ever did was getting about 1/3 of the way through a wine cooler. Oh well... more for you guys.
Icky? Icky? Where are you from again? I can't imagine life without beer. :D Thanks Christine! That's sincere thanks from an old Sailor.
