I'm in the market for a new safety harness. I currently have a gorilla g20, but I have to wear it on the outside and i dont like doing that. Does anybody have any recommendations on which brand/style to get that works for under your outer layer? I like the Lost Camo from Mathews but not sure if anyone makes them with it.
I have a gorilla g30 I believe. I like it but it's a tad heavy. I wish I would have spent the extra on a muddy. Haven't heard anything bad about them.
I switch from a Muddy to a HSS-UltraLite Flex. IMO, its a much better harness. Just know if you go that route plan on buying a different linesman belt and tree strap. The ones they ship with aren't worth a $hit..
I use the hss bowhunter harness(not sure if thats exact name):D During archery season in western pa i wore it on the outside of my clothes and never had any issues with it. Now that its rifle season and december i wear it under my heavy clothes and it still works fine. In my opinion hss is the way to go but thats my personal preference
I have an HSS. I also have a Spider that I wear underneath my jackets (clips in) or coat. Having it underneath is a little nicer. Price is about the same. Buy the one your will wear.
I have an HSS ultralite in Lost Camo I got last year. Not sure if they still sell the lost ones or not, but I love the harness. I have the older Ultralite in black also as a backup.
HHS ultra lite flex is my go to harness but I recommend going to a place were you can try many brands cabelas has many of the top harness out there for you to try on
