Which President Since 1980 Has Increased Debt The Most?

Which republican president has shrunk government, reduce spending and had a balanced budget ? In the last 50 years that would be none. There have been two presidents who have had a balance budget the last 50 years. They were both democrat , lolSo I am not all hyped on any of the candidates.
