Oh Contraire’... Montgomery Alabama has a local ordinance against cell phone usage while driving as do many local townships. I am aware that the Governor signed into law the Statewide ban on texting while driving. The point is... no one abides by it and if the idea is to keep people from doing what the laws already exist to prevent, why not enforce the ones we already have?
