I have a Colt 1991 A1 .45 ACP All Blue. It was just a new make of the old Colt 1911. Nice gun I probably will sell it to my Cousin who really wanted it. I bought it new about 10 years ago and fired 1 clip through it.

Funny you post that Ryan, I'm on their site as we speak. I'm looking at the XDm or XD sub-compact.

I have an XD .40. It's a good reliable pistol. It may be sacrificed in my quest to own a 1911 though.

I am looking at the Kimber line (made in the U.S.A.).... They sure are expensive :(

Hell if I could have any one I wanted....I might've bought another one, too.....lol.

I bought the best one I could.....for the $$ I wanted to spend.

    I guess if I were to get a Ford....I'd get a Cobra.:D

Lemme know if you wanna sell that xd. I had a raced out one. Mag well, barrel, guide rod, 19 lbs spring, polished ramp. 7 mags, 2 holsters, a light and a mag pouch, i had to sell it all...for like 400 bucks :( I want another one.

I love kimbers, they make the eclipse II in 10mm. Sexy gun

Hey Carpsniper, Is that pretty much the same as the "S" model, just diff finish?

Dan Wesson CBOB(Commander Classic Bobtail) .45. Some super sweet purple grips on there too. (They are acutally more brown than purple but look REALLY purple in the pic...)

    Shoots like a dream.

All of you Kimber guys... don't overlook these DW's. They are twice the quality with the same price.

I need to update the pics, I have since swapped the trigger out for a short match trigger and it looks even better now.

    Yeah!

    lol

I picked this one up for $850 on consignment from a very upset local sheriff. They wouldn't let him qualify with it. He sold it to me through the local shop and three days later... they told him they changed their minds... that he could qualify with it.

He contacted me and told me what happened. I offered to sell it back to him for $850 and he refused. He did tell me though, that if I ever wanted to sell it to call him FIRST as he would want a crack at it.

I absolutely love it. I do have problems with JHP's loading though. It seems as if the feed ramp on the barrel is sitting a couple hundredths of an inch farther rearward than it should. It basically creates a tiny lip (barely able to feel it with your finger) and it catches on some of the more aggressive JHP's so I need to send it in to DW and get them to fix it.

Other than the JHP problem, it has been great. No other types of malfunctions...
