Steve was one of the reasons I hunted with a recurve for a few years. Good guy!

Brett, thanks for reminding me that he shoots the recurve, I had forgotten that.

I'll come back if you want me to, I just got tired of all the same posts and arguments about which broad head was better, government funding, and worst of all my style of hunting was affected (my own fault) because I was getting tied up in passing deer I would have shot because I felt the need to have something to "show off " to people (not just on this forum) or please my contest team, and all the politics. I kinda just got to the point of screw everyone, so I needed to bail on the forum for my own sanity. You know the feeling: "Find me a cabin in the woods by the lake, drop me off and don't come back." I also stopped the fairy tale of filming hunts hoping to make a little homemade Web show. I pretty much just keep a blog about my cabin and hunting on my 9 acres on FB/Twitter for family and friends. I know I'm FB friends with about 30 folks on here, the BHOD crew, Tony, Ty, Tom, Josh, Fitz, Caleb, Coop, Mike, Brad (until he unfriended me ), and a few others. I check out the forums just to read every so often, I just didn't log in or post. I've been keeping an eye on Joe's college report card mostly.

Still a funny guy. I've always treated these forums the same, I take what I need and leave the rest. I keep my sanity that way.
