Everything I sent Brad can only be purchased in Louisiana, Texas, or Mississippi.

Damn. I'm sorry. The majority of places here are the same, but we have a few local stores that try to carry more craft beer. It is just hard to get it if their isn't much of a market for it. They aren't going to stock beer that doesn't move. I have a guy that can get me a case at a time of just about any beer distributed in LA if I want it.

Whenever you are in the larger cities, find where the good beer is sold, and stock up. Most of the beer I have stashed right now I bought while working in Texas. On my way back one time, I stopped by a huge craft beer store in Houston. I spent entirely too much money, but I'm good for awhile now.

It just sounds weird to me that a beer is hard to find. Around here if its in season it is available for the most part.

I'm mostly talking about the hard to find, small craft breweries. And most of the stuff I bought in Texas is not distributed in Louisiana.

No way Crik, then you would be so :dan:

Stick to the Moonshine, nobody shoots flames from their mouth while drinking some hippy influenced craft beer with a crazy name like Super Hopslam Alberta Frost Killa.

Get some of the different Shiner Bocks from Texas, they're all good.

On the way home from work, stop at Total Wine (which also sells a bunch of beer), Harris Blvd exit of I-85.

Red Oak from Greensboro makes some good brews and they are now bottling and carried in a number of local stores. .

Ha! I was going to send you a "teach me how to Bucky shirt" instead or an old Michigan shirt I had laying around but I figured having a box delivered to your door saying you love the Big Ten was more public.

Let me know what you think about the beer.

The farmhouse ale has a nice, crisp finish. Paired nicely with pork tacos and a spicy jalapeno cilantro slaw :) Very nice beer.

I just cracked open the no label Hefe and I really really like it. The Andy gator was good but this is really good.
