Hey I got deer and they only move when it's dark where you can hardly see your hand in front of your face I'd like to down one with a bow any suggestions from here in Tennessee
Deer move throughout the day, the key is figuring out where. Your statement is so broad no one can truly give you stand advice or placement advice of a set up.
It's in a open field they have one corner they come out of and they don't move during the day they only move at night where I'm set up is in a blind the middle of direction where they come out
That's tough...if you have access to the property they come from you need to move closer to where they bed and ambush on their way to the field. Otherwise you need to create a food source so that when it gets cold and forces them to move to eat more frequently then you can get them in the field.
expecting pressured deer to enter an open field inside legal times is asking a ton! IF they don't feel safe they are not going to be present.
Setting up inside the woods within bow range of their main trail is probably going to be one of your best options if they don't hit the field before dark. If they are getting to the field just after shooting light, they are probably making their way to the field during shooting light. If they are coming out in the same spot day after day, finding one of the main trails shouldn't be too hard.
If you don't have permission to move further down the trail then you are pretty much stuck waiting on one of them to mess up. Come the rut bucks will start cruising and may show up during shooting hours. I have a little bit of the same problem you have is that most of what I can hunt is old pasture. So with that I try to do as much as I can to get them to move early in the form of food plots and preferred food. No what you want to hear I am sure but you will just have to wait.
Facts are that they probably won't move much in daylight until it cools off. Deer are putting on their winter coats now.
The bucks will most likely start moving during the day during the rut. Do you have any trail cams on this property? I'd bet if you can put a few cameras up you'll find that they are showing their faces in daylight, just not in the area where your stand is.
