You need to collect a sample properly to get test results. Do you really have a concern about deer inbreeding?

No. I believe we just take the deer to the consevation dept. They take the sample.

i hunt the eastern half of my state, and in my spots near philadelphia i can guarantee that there is some of it going on. That isnt a concern anywhere else, but Lyme is the most serious and common ailment.

CWD is not terribly far from where i hunt so that would be a relevant test as well.

I am not sure what the concern on inbreeding is, not like you could stop it if you proved it was happening anyway. If you shoot a deer you suspect has a disease you can take it to the PGC but chances are good they are going to take the deer and give you a replacement tag.
