I can't believe we haven't had any sight of all the bowfishing crew from that other site. Figured Christine and Bulzeye would have started migrating over here by now!
I know...its purty lonely in here. No point in discussing topics till they show up. lol I just gave my bow a stainless steel hardware upgrade, and a painted makeover...my baby is ready to slay some fish again! Ill post up pics when the bolts get in this week, no more rust on this bow.
bowfishing is something that I have never tried but would like to some day. I know a few people that do it on the lake that I live on but I never see them getting anything so I don't think it is very good here. But I know other lakes are great for bowfishing. Would love to see the pictures though when you get them.
I just found my way over here. Got a daytime shoot on Clinton Lake on Sept 27th. Then it will be at least a month or two before I think about bowfishing again.
Hi Jim! I'm keeping busy. Bowfishing was tough this year. Too much water. We were bowfishing in the treetops on Lake Shelbyville. I'm getting antsy for deer season. You have any big plans?
Just waiting for opening day! I have thursday and friday off so I can hunt but I then have my daughters that weekend. Are you working at the Trailblazer Adventures on the 4th? I was thinking of going and taking the girls. Let me know or give me a call!
I was going to skip the trailblazers this year but it looks like they really need the help so I'm going to be up there. If you know anybody who can help with the archery station, let me know. We need five people. (it's easy... super basic archery)
What's up buddy? Glad you made it over to the dark side!! We going to get out and hunt again this year?
Hello everybody!! I'm here and I brought my Little Woody! Been making new arrows for my hunting bow so I don't have much to say that's bowfishing-related. I did figure out this year that I'm MUCH more accurate with my backup compound than my recurve. Mark was too. He couldn't miss one night! I got a much better deal than I thought with that bow. It's pretty funny that Mark was kickin' butt with that $35.00 garage-sale bow, but he couldn't hit crap with his new $500.00 Oneida. Could have been a tuning thing I guess, but I'm just sayin'...
