I have been hunting hard for the past two weeks, and I even went to my honey hole where I see 3 deer on a bad night. And during those two weeks I haven't even seen a doe. A lot of people I have talked to, including people have been hunting since the eighties, have said this is the fewest amount of deer they've seen yet. I just want to know if you guys are seeing anything up and moving.

3/4 of the deer that i see/get on cam are at night. However, i do have most of my mature bucks moving during the daytime which is weird cause its usually the opposite. You oughtta consider putting up a cam or two just to see if they are still there! even if they arent moving during light you could at least get an idea of the deer that are still in your area!just a thought!

The answers/guesses would vary depending if You are in Texas, Ohio or Alberta.

Lots of nighttime movement now for me. Still quite a few day time pics though too.

Mostly nocturnal now. Find a good trail into a food source and follow it back into the woods until it starts to get thick (bedding area), then get in a tree. This a good time to have a climber. If you're hanging around cut corn field edges, it'll get dark too soon on ya. It's the 4th quarter, get aggressive.
