I was thinking about last hunting season and when hunting from my hang on. Every time I moved, my coverals would make noise on the bark. I have seen tree covers to eliminate or at least reduce this. I was thinking about picking up some camo fleece and making my own cover. Do any of you use anything? If so what?

Use an old long sleeve camo t-shirt and use the arms to tie it to the tree. It seams to quite things down for me and it doesn't cost anything.

Bigger platforms on stands and safety belt that lets you lean out more from tree works for me.

If your clothing makes a lot of noise on the tree, I suggest looking at different clothing honestly. Fleeces and wool are what most of us recommend for bowhunting because of its quietness.

I only noticed it in late gun season when I had to wear my cover alls. I will probably be buying bibs and a jacket this season.

I have a piece of camo fabric that wraps arond the tree and it works pretty well.
