I was thinking that too. I miss his hunting adventures and him being a whitey tighty super hero. Those were the good old days !!

 

I had kids and grew up, I finally realized what matters in life.

Does the fact duck dynasty may never be on again alter my life in any way, no it does not.

Freedom of speech is alive and well, Phil was free to speak his mind, A&E was free to take action on what he said.

No government involved, just good old fashion capitalism at work on both sides.

If anyone here thinks they have freedom of speech in the business world, well I say give it s shot. If your an owner, say what you want, if you have an employer mouth off one day, let us know how that went.

Watch a great soccer game tonight had a blast. Went to my Cub Scout Christmas party after with my son, I had a blast. I accepted the job as cub master tonight for next year, plan on having a blast with my troop.

Religion is NOT an excuse to bash any race, gender or orientation. If your religion says gays go to hell based simply on that fact that a man or woman loves another grown consenting adult of the same gender, then you and your god need help. His freedom of speech was NOT violated. He was not jailed or stoned for his comments. He spoke his mind and made it clear who he has a problem with. Well now that they are under fire they are saying who his religion has a problem with. Therefore its ok to blindly dislike a group of people based on a book written thousands of years ago, which from what I can tell does NOT promote hate or intolerance. Im glad he spoke his mind. Reminds me that there are still people out there that dont see EVERYONE as equal and deserving of the same rights they have. A private company, A&E disagrees with his 1920's way of thinking and feel that it doesnt represent them or their views, so they opted to use one of their rights, to pull this clown off the air. KEEPING IN MIND THAT a&e is a CONSERVATIVE network a that... There is no place in the world for hate or intolerance and blaming your religion is no excuse.

 

Its not about money. Its about treating people as people and seeing humans as humans. ALL OF THEM.

God needs no help... He needs nothing. He doesn't care what some religion says... He cares what He says. The age of the Bible has nothing to do with it's authority... God does not change, nor do His standards. Just saying!
