When to plant winter bulbs and sugar beets?

    I have herd different answers when asking my buddies, so I'll put it out here. When would you plant winter bulbs and sugar beets? It would be a little less than an acre plot, right next to a 2 acre soy bean plot (which is already planted).

    Also depends on amount of sunshine the plot gets, the best plots are shaded a bit with adjacent cover so it may take a week or more longer than the planting instructions say.

    I typically plant mine as soon as August comes around and there is rain in the forecast
