I need some advice. We have had about two weeks of mid 70's to low 80's highs here in SW Nebraska, I was looking at the 10 day forecast and this Sunday, they are calling for highs in the low 80's, and on Monday they are calling for the highs to be in the mid 50's. Cold Front! So here is my question, when is the best time to hunt?
Right after the cold front hits so Monday is looking good! That same front is moving through the Midwest here on Monday so Tuesday should be a good day for us.
I'll be out morning and night Tuesday. Like Justin said we are getting same cold front in Iowa just a day later. Should be some excellent action!
It's almost uncanny that the first cold front during end of October never seems to hit on a weekend for me.
^^^^^THIS^^^^^. Most of my "non hunting". Friends & relatives think I'm nuts when I tell them I praying for colder temps. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I love to hunt the day before the front arrives and the day of it. When the pressure starts to drop I want to be in the woods. "Live Life at Full Draw"
So you guys are saying Monday is the day to hunt or Tuesday? I can't hunt Tuesday so it's gonna be Monday either way Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I am planning on Monday and Tuesday, plus it is Halloween week, which makes it feel even more exciting. There is something about the week of Halloween, and Halloween that I want to be hunting. I hope you guys have success in the woods. Shot straight, shot on target!
