My job keeps me in bow shape and trail caming calms the deer hunting itch.

Work, I work as much as I can as hard as I can trying to get ahead for next hunting season. Some years it works and I have as much time as I want to hunt(like this past season) and some years, well, I don't have to work as much during hunting season.

After dragging my deer out of the woods this year, i am going to make sure i am in better shape next fall. Other then that, just prepare the food plot and land upkeep.

Run trail cams, do some reading, build trailcams, get ready for spring gobbler. I also have a life, so hanging with the wife, remodeling projects, start planning vacations, go out with friends, start thinking about fishing season, etc. Life is too short to focus on just one thing.

I like to keep busy shed hunting and scouting this time of year. It's a great time to better learn your hunting land and the habits of the deer.

I shoot year round so I don't need to worry about keeping my shooting form.

Between exercising and riding/racing off-road motorcycles I stay in shape. I am getting back into fly fishing this year so I will get plenty of exercising hiking to and from streams too.
