A caffè mocha or café mocha[note 1] (pronounced /ˈmɒk.ə/ or /ˈmoʊk.ə/) is a variant of a caffè latte, inspired by the Turin Coffee beverage Bicerin. The term "caffe mocha" is not used in Italy nor in France. Like a caffe latte, it is typically half espresso, half hot chocolate, (as they are legendary) typically in the form of sweet cocoa powder, although many varieties use chocolate syrup. Mochas can contain dark or milk chocolate. Sometimes also referred by its longer name mochaccino.[1] Its from Wikipedia so it has to be right, right?? And No I dont drink them, I just had to look it up....had no clue!
Interesting Topic As a three business owner, I've had to let several people go over the decades including close friends and family. Usually it is because they simply aren't pulling their weight, fail to "join the team" and in some cases, were strung out on drugs and/or alcohol or caught stealing. Had some raving maniacs suddenly surface once I delivered the news. "Hello Cybil...my my my, aren't you scary!" It's also the reason I have a weapon in my desk drawer and security cameras recording everything in my business and residence. It only takes one nut to do a lot of killing. If a lunatic ever does show up with evil intent, I accept that it is my job to step up and stop that person and defend the innocent around me. I pray I never have to but when ya find someone hammered outta their mind on the job and your other employees tell ya his trunk is filled with merchandise he loaded into it when he "thought" nobody was looking...well ya kinda gotta put your guard up. Crazy is as crazy does.
I've been self employed going on 12 years this year. I've fired 2 people In that time frame. Both times they knew It was coming as they had It coming. I'm fairly good at reading people and 1st Impressions so hiring people has been a good experience so far so I haven't had any psycho's YET for employee's.
