    I had an old boss that is retired now tell me that "Nobody needs more than two weeks of vacation per year. Otherwise there is no point in working."

    I'm taking the first week in november off. I'll be in Mcdonough county Illinois!!!!!!!! nov 2nd-8th!! leaving friday night at midnight, 13 hour drive to my buddies house in Ft. Wayne Indiana, then he drives the remaining 6 hours. :rock:

    I'll take a personal day the first Friday of November, but other than that, that's it for early archery. Will have a week off for second season archery and the first day of our rifle opener, and most of bear season.

    My vacation is right now through the third week of August.

    Mid to late October and the same for November depending on weather one week or the other I hunt a small 24ac plot so bow for all of the muzzle and gun season

    I did this a couple of years ago. I thought it was something I always wanted to do. I won't be doing it again. By the end, it was more like work than a vacation.

    That's the joys of my job, depending on weather first part of November usually I'm done till spring.
