    Let's see...

Age 16-23(Single) - budget did not matter, and luckily attained most everything I need
Age 23-32(Married and 3 kids so far...) - I'll buy arrows & BH as needed, about $50-$75 in tags, still shoot the same bow I bought a couple months before wedding:) I did go halves with my Dad on 35 acres 5 years ago (my wife is understanding) - best decision ever.
Don't count gas, food, etc...as I can't sit still anyway and would have to be outdoors doing something. All treestands, camo, trailcam, etc have come in the form of gifts or giftcards the last 8 years.

I was raised a cheaparse, so the newest and greatest has never caught my eye...the experience is all that really matters!

I am like most,i think keeping most of the money to pay down and pay off bills, i can since the economy with south, paying down dept while not getting into any new dept. like credit cards are a nono for us. right now.

as far as hunting money i only spend what i can bring in as side job money,so if i want a new bow i have to find out how to pay for it with cash made from my own two hands. it sucks but it is how it is for now.

Hope this year turns around for all of us, i have one starting college this year and another next year, thank god for great act scores, my boys they have made me very proud.:D

No doubt! I bought a new BowTech this year that she still has zero knowledge about. I've figured out that every time I'm in a tree I have close to $2,500 with me. YIKES!

I took the past year off school for numerous reasons, so working 40-50 hours a week, so my budget was much higher than in years past. Starting school back up Monday will definantly put a dent in my budget again as I will only be working about 20 hours a week.

    New binos-$120
    New hunting clothes-$150
    New boots-$80
    4 new stands/sticks-$750
    Arrows-$110

I also have about 50 trips out to my farm from the end of last season to now for scouting and hunting. The farm is about a 30 minute drive from my house, so I'm sure that gas bill adds up over time.

I have talked of planning a trip out west for 2011, but so far the expense seems too great to commit to anything yet.

You guys are making me look bad, and I don't even have kids :D Much of money is going to savings for a VERY hopeful land purchase in the next few years. The rest goes to the constant remodeling I seem to be doing. Although I know these are smart investments, they're not always that fun :(

Better do it now before the kids come, right?:D

I would say approximately $2000 a year.$1500 to $1700 of that is for my DIY out of state trip every year.NY Super sportsman license $96,odds and ends gets me right in the two grand range.
I always have new wants but I really don't have any needs, with the exception of a really good land lease.

    About $1000 a year.
I'm pretty good about keeping my stuff in good condition so that $1000 goes a long way.

This year was a expensive one for me since it was my first year.

    New Camo $300
New Bow half way through the season $800 with new acces.
    New Binos $200
    Calls and scent around $80
    Heavier arrows for hunting $100
    New Broadheads $40
    New Boots $140
    Trail camera $120
    Back pack $80

Since I'm pretty bad for being a spontanious shopper I'll probably plan on spending around $500 or $600 per year.

A regular season without having to buy a weapon is usually around 1 thousand dallors.at least. seems like everything keeps getting better and me being a redneck always wants a edge
