Whatever I want in-between calls. Some days I have hours and hours and some days I have no time at all. 24 hour shifts are a long time though, thanks to tapatalk my post count has skyrocketed lol

I'm picking up guitar this summer though, might bust that out on my downtime.

I search the Internet at times but don't have a lot of down time because I don't get paid by the hour, I get paid for what I sell. So if I take a break it is unpaid. Better get back to making money.

Is it bad that I take unusually long bathroom breaks to browse the internet... *ahem...* ....... I mean is it awesome that I always go to my boss asking for more work, every chance I get?

For as much as all of us work - I feel it is perfectly fine to cheat the system once in a while.

There is no way I could keep 100% concentration all the time while reading specs or doing drawings at work. I'm guessing my accuracy is much improved since I can take a break and read about Rage BH's and baiting.

I wish I didnt have to kill time during work hours. If it was up to me & I could get all the work I had to do done in less than 8 I'd just leave. But since I can't, I'll fill space with meaningless drivel.

Some days I am non-stop start to end, but those are the exception more than the rule.

    exactly

like right now I just spend most of the morning grinding out 3 air permits, and now I'm just waiting for someone to review them and get them back to me for edits

in the meantime, I'll play on the internet

I'll still be billable for my 8 hours

I manage data and create reports all day long. I almost have to break up my day every once in awhile or I will be seeing excel spreadsheets in my sleep. LOL

I have an IFTT(if this than that) recipe set up to save any links I favorite on twitter. So I'll go run through those if I need a short break.

My job is sitting at a computer for eight hours, there's noway I could sit there and type all day. To remain sane I have to take the occasional break.

I have a list of blogs and other websites I go to, almost like my daily routine. Start with camofire.com, ESPN, and MLB. Then throughout the day checkout Wired to Hunt, Sole Adventure, this site, F&S, and QDMA.

My job is struggling to find work, so I just help them by going a little slower. Promotions? I must work at the wrong place, because that never happens.

I work for myself so I shoot my bow, hunt deer on a special permit or check my trail cams.

I find that the best way to kill time at work is to actually work

I usually go visiting guys in other offices. I like to work on strengthening/building relationships when I am caught up.

Although when I sit at home at night, I'm addicted to candy crush.
