Steak: Rubbed with olive oil and encrusted in sea salt, with a little pepper and that's it.

Chicken: Whatever we have. Lots of good rubs, sauces and marinades that work will with chicken.

Sea salt and fresh cracked pepper on steak...any thing else is sacrilegious.

When I grill steak, I use the Rancher Steak rub (but I don't rub it in, just sprinkle it on) from Wildtree.

For chicken I use a combo of Rancher, Rodeo and the Memphis rub.

    Blends, Rubs, Seasonings

I have taken a liking to cooking my steaks in an electric pressure cooker. I brown it in the cooker with a little oil, add beef stock to deglaze the pan, add green peppers and onions, quartered potatos and a giant sliced portabella cap, salt and pepper. I cook it for five minutes on high, remove the steak and veggies and shroom, add cornstarch to thicken the stock and ladle the gravy over the steak ad veggies.

Steak so tender it cuts with a fork and flavored all the way through with the best brown gravy you've ever had.

I've also heard that, but I can't find it in any stores around here. I'm almost temped to order it.

Anyways, I really like Hickory flavor Cajun Injection on my chicken, salt and pepper for my steaks

Steak, I just keep it simple. Worcestershire, garlic and pepper.

For chicken, if you like spicey, love walkerswoods jerk. It'll put some sweat on your brow no doubt

What is "grilling season"? This is such a foreign concept. Like "drinking season" or something.
