Seriously? Beast? Thumbs down for the miller brewing co. I'm a college kid still, and even I don't sink that low.
Negative. I've tried most, also. MGD, Miller Lite, High Life, even miller chill. Haven't found one I enjoy. One of my 8 roomates only buys miller light so no one takes his beer
I was very poor in college, therefore, I mostly bummed beer, and for some reason, alot of the college parties only had the Beast. Trust me, I did not enjoy it, but it was free, and I was looking for a buzz. Beggars can't be choosers.
One of my favorite topics. As far as beer goes I tend to go through spells. Longboard for a couple weeks, Sierra Nevadas for a couple, Killians, whatever the beer of the month is for $2, another bar I frequent has icy cold PBR bottles for $1.50 all day every day so I crush those sometimes. In general I just love beer, it's kind of like pizza and the other 5 letter p word, even when it's bad it's not that bad. I love Crown & Ginger or Crown & water, or just Crown. I like shots of Jack, Beam, and pretty much any mid to top shelf tequila. But I will also drink pretty much anything if someone else is buying...you know like "Want a shot of Rumple Mintz?"...really I don't but it will save about $6 on my buzz so sure I'll take one. What can I say it's a recession and I'm cheap like that. True story involving my cheapness and how it backfired on me. Drinking at a bar when I notice a banner that says WILD BLUE beer $1 bottles. So I immediately stop drinking whatever I was and start ordering them. They were blueberry beer, not very good and kind of too sweet but they were super cold and $1. Fast forward about 2 hrs and $10 later and I'm feeling no pain, can't understand how I got drunk so quick when I realize they are over 8% alcohol(that's about double your average domestic) . So I have a couple more pay my tab leave my wallet & credit card on the bar and leave when my ride gets there. Get home, pass out, wake up wondering wtf. I don't remember eating blueberry waffles or throwing them up As the fog clears I can't find my wallet. Call bar, they have my wallet (minus $130 cash) but my credit card was there(so that was good). So all in all those $1 beers ended up costing about $160. Awesome. I am king of long winded-ness.
I have had that WIld Blue. It really wasn't bad. I took a drink, then another. Then I gave it to my wife. She liked it alot. I still say Mickey's. 211. Coors was awesome when I was on the coast, but it just doesn't taste the same over here in the Midwest. IDK why. My dad has been drinking Finnigans lately. Some potato beer. That is one tasty beverage! I really dig that one.
