Well as Justin mentioned the other day, season is winding down for some, so what does the rest of the year look like for you? Being "single" affords me a lot of time to pretty much do as I please so this is what it looks like for me.

November 27-30: Kansas chasing whitetails. If I fill my tag early, I'll hunt pheasants, coyotes, and waterfowl.

December 5-7: Possibly going to see Grandpa in Cali who's in not so good health.

    December 13,14: No Plans

December 19-26: Probably headed to Wyoming to hunt Chukars, Huns, Pheasants and Waterfowl

December 27-29: NW Oklahoma to hunt late season whitetails

January will be filled with some hardcore waterfowling, pig hunting and predator calling.

Dang, this is gonna be a good 6 weeks:beer:

Hopefully I can get In the woods a couple times this week yet. My hunting time Is really going to dwindle being my job and my outdoor duties at home demand me much more when It gets colder out. It sucks but whats a guy do I guess. If I'm still without a buck yet come the 2nd week of December I might go on a hard streak of hunting one more time and give It my last shot hoping the doe's will be coming Into heat again.

Sorry to hear stuff didn't work out with the woman, she seemed like a neat girl!!;)

Awesome. Ill continue trying to fill my last two doe tags and 4 turkey tags until the duck hunting gets good.....then Ill be in a pit somewhere until that season closes. Feb/March are my off months sort of, with some light varmint hunting....After that, its turkey season which I take more seriously than any other hunting for me.

I leave tomorrow for 4 days of hunting in West Virginia. Then after that I am not sure if I will be able to get out again or not. I have several store appearances for Ice Team coming up which will take up alot of time and I should be able to get out on the hard water pretty soon!

This weekend I'm racking up brownie points. Leaving tomorrow to go visit the inlaws through sunday. The rut hasn't even started in MS, so I still have the best part of the season ahead of me. Between December 15 and January 15, things will be good!

I'll be in a duck pit/blind or in a deer stand every chance I can get.

Off today, Thursday-Sat. I also too a 12-9 schedule for the remainder of the season so I can hunt every morning if the weather is huntable.

I'll be chasing bears this weekend in the Adirondacks, trying to get Lisa on her first deer next weekend, and then it will be a handful of late season archery hunts in both NY and PA. I still have one doe tag in PA, and one either sex tag in NY that can be used once the firearms season ends.

Once this is done I'll be spending my time tuning myself and my equipment for the upcoming indoor archery season, and doing home construction projects. I've gotta find time this winter to turn our attic into a third bedroom/office space.

Hmm.. Haven't really penned anything in. My mom is off in Japan so I don't have to go up to Chicagoland. (yay!!) Thought about bowfishing this weekend but it looks like it'll be down in the 20's. That makes it a bit tough to keep the line from freezing.

I guess I'll have to deer hunt.

Don't you just hate it when you have to deer hunt instead of other stuff!

I've got a few archery doe only sits over the holiday weekend. THen is gun season for a couple week(ends). After that I can still use shotgun or bow to take does until Jan 24th in my unit or bow only in other units depending on tags & all that. I do hope to get in some fox hunting here or there, and maybe some squirrels.

Dec 12-Jan 12 Some relaxing hunting while filling my other 2 doe tags.

(Sometime in between all that, coming up to Norman to kill some hogs,;);))

Bowhunting almost every weekend to fill my remaining buck tag and a few more doe tags. Prolly shotgun hunt the second season in IL. And after bow season is over see if I can call in a few coyotes on the property.

I would also like to kill a turkey with my bow yet this season. Been close a few times this year, but haven't been able to close the deal.

Work Mon-Friday, Hunt, mornings durring the week. Saturdays usually, just don't go durring shotgun/rifle.
We have a 3 month bow season, so I tend to irritate the wife with the never being home thing.
