    You talking about the white area above the rear quarters? Looks like a growth to me or a place for the big buck to rest his elbows. Lol.

    This is the first one that I have seen like this but there is a fawn walking around with marks close to hers but alot higher up on her back.

    It definitely looks like a broken arrow. I viewed it full screen and you can see it protruding when she turns slightly.
    Fortunately, she does look ok. Good job filming!

    I feel sorry for her but she does look good walking around.
