    I found out yesterday. It's a tooth extraction when the tooth was accidently cemented to the crown in front of it years ago and after an hour of yanking, the dentist decides to quarter the tooth to get it out.

    Although, my wife is pretty happy on how quiet I've ben since.

    Circumcision most likely.
    It was pretty rough on me........I didnt walk for about a year and a half afterwards.

    vasectomy? - mine was completely painless (radiation incident in the military)
