Whats the strangest thing you have shot accidentally?:(

I'll start, I have a 20yard range in the basement. My accidental shot was when I pulled back on by bow and it shot off (bad release which now I have a new one). It went through an electric frying pan and a canning pot. I still have the arrow shoots fine.

I shot my bedroom wall accidently. Still have the hole where the thunderhead hit.
A buddy shot his tv while watching hunting.
to clear up why I was drawing my bow in my room was that my room is in the basement and I have a target down the hall.

I shot a plastic lawn chair once... was out on the Illinois River bowfishing, saw a gar and shot and missed and my arrow made a "thwack" sound and stuck in something hard... after a whole bunch of tugging and a stuck boat up came a full size lawn chair!

I lived in a town house when I got my first real bow. I was 11, Christmas morning. I always shot my cheap little recurve in the back yard, and was so excited when I got my new bow that I had to shoot it. I hit the target fine, but that bow had way more power then my starter bow. Right through the target and another 8 yards into the house. Made a deep enough hold that every time it rained it flooded the living room...I was young and dumb and didnt admit to what I did for years, so it didnt get filled in til then.

Got my first bow for x-mas when I was 11. That summer I thought I was good enough to shoot out to 40yds. I put an arrow in our pool. Went through the liner.

I got a 1 in a billion shot for ya.
A few years ago, I set my dad up overlooking a well used trail, I also had cams going on this trail for a while. He's 78 years old now and hunts with a crossbow.
He had a big doe and her 2 fawns come in, they winded him and were boogying down this trail. He grunted and she finally stopped, and he took a shot at the doe.
He heard a loud thwack and assumed he missed and hit a tree. When he got down to look for his arrow, this is what he found.
    He absolutely smoked my Stealthcam!

When he showed me, and I got over the initial shock, we laughed our asses off.

Well, lets see... too many to choose from over the years.

Probably the worst thing I shot was the garage door. It was the middle of winter and I just bought a new bow. I figured what the heck, I'll setup and paper tune in the garage. I forgot one important thing... a target behind the paper tuning rack. It blew through an aluminum garage door and went between two pickup trucks in the drive way. I found the arrow that spring when the snow melted in the yard.

Bad thing for me, dad figured it out pretty quick how a hole that size ended up in the door.

Closet door. Was checking something I don't even remember what it was. Any way I put an arrow on and drew the bow. The release broke and there it went. I did have a target sitting there that was I supposed to be aiming toward just in case I did something stupid like hit the trigger but the arrow just went right over the top of it and through the door. Luckily I wasn't at full draw yet so it didn't have all the energy behind it and only went through one side. My girlfriend was sitting behind me and it scared the crap out of her.

Fence, blew right through my target An the cardboard backstop straight into a plastic fence pole. Destroyed the post, had no clue wut happened after I shot till I walked towards the target an saw it. Kinda odd/neat accidental shot.

I buried an arrow up to the fletchings in my neighbors garage door. Not sure if they ever found out.

When i was 15 is when i had my first decent compound, i reciever it from jim burnworth (western extreme). I was so pumped up about that bow, i HAD to shoot it right away! I couldnt find my release, so i borrowed one from a friend, an old worn out release. It was in the winter time and really cold outside, so we thought itd be a good idea just to take the block inside and set it up in the basement. I drew the back out 3/4 of the way when the release strap snapped, i ended up wittin myself in the face with my own hand and shootin over the black and stickin my arrow half way through the wall of my room, haha! Still think about that, good times! :D

I was about 12 and shooting my brothers Browning Micro. I would typically shoot these old aluminum arrows at a five gallon bucket. Well, one time I didnt hit the bucket. No fear, I didnt lose the arrow though because it went right into the neighbors garage. Lucky for me the garage was as old as dirt and it was tore down about a year later to put up a new one. I was pretty sure that when it happened I would be buying my neighbor an entire new building.

Got my first bow at age 8 (a little red recurve) and was pretending to shoot in my room when the string slipped. I mean, of course the string slipped! It went right through my opened room door and directly into my older brother's room. He is 10 years older than I am and had a Fender brand electric guitar that was his "baby." Well needless to say, the arrow was zeroed in on and struck the base of the precious guitar. I was grounded for a month, but luckily protected from an EXTREMELY angry older brother. Will never forget the panic I felt when I heard that terrible thud.

Haha yeah I think the grounding was a blessing not a punishment.

The worst thing I've shot is the concrete wall downstairs in our house. Just a little chip. Pretty tame really.
