Recent posts by certain members on here got me thinking. For forum sake, please just give honest answers, if you dont want to participate, then dont answer. Do you drive over the speed limit?
Usually average between 5-10 over. Try not go go more then that. Sent from my DROID X2 using Tapatalk 2
On the highway I do, I have to keep up with the flow of traffic. I also drive fast on back country roads, especially when heading out to Coon Creek.
In town ill do this. Then this is what i do on the highway as well. Its better to go with the flow in this situation.
I don't speed much at all in towns. On the highway..... well let's just say, I've given my 6L vortec quite a workout. Heck, I even beat up on the hamsters under the hood of the Prius. I used to lock my cruise control in at 88 mph on the interstates. Passed many a storm trooper without even attempting to slow down. Have yet to be pulled over on the interstates. I did get a ticket for speeding within a week of moving to podunk IL. LOL. Nothing better to do I guess. The cop acted like he was going to shoot me too. (dove behind his car door, hand on his gun) I laughed.
Up where Ray Wanking lives, you're dangerous if you're not keeping up. Which means you're speeding. You have to be really speeding (like 30 over) or doing something really dumb or just really having a bad day to get a speeding ticket on the highways up there. Trust me.
Just throwing this out there. In some states, it is illegal to be traveling slower than the speed of traffic in the left lane, even if traffic is going above the stated speed limit. sent from my samsung note 2
Yep but I make sure I'm not the fastest. Let others weed out the cops in front of you. Been there done that.
Offered, lol. That foot was coming over. I still laugh with Charlie about it. Still one of my top 3 hunting trips.
X2 That's the get away with it speed in most states. 7 MPH over and you're good to go. I oblige with the... let's go a little faster rule.
