They are both great rests. The NAP was a little bulky for me, but that was fixed with the carbon. Besides the bulk it work flawlessly. The QADs are less bulky and you can flip the arrow launcher up and it locks, if you have to let your draw down while hunting it will stay up, with the NAP sometimes your arrow will bounce around a little bit because the launcher lowers down. I'm running a Trophy Taker Smackdown Pro right now and I say if you're not dead set on those two brand, check that one out also. It's a limb driven rest but you can also tie to the cables. It's also super quiet.

I appreciate all of the input guys. I ended up getting the NAP Apache, and so far I love it.
The only problem I have is that my sight is in the way when i try to insert my arrow through the top. I have to slide the arrow all the way through the front. That's the only complaint I have about it!

I think the Apache is your best choice. Good luck and let us know what you get!

Qad or an Apache both are quality.

I agree, two months ago I replaced my whisker biscuit with my first drop away and I haven't noticed any benefits, and the wb is easier to use and virtually fail proof. I may throw the whisker biscuit back on before deer season.

Yeah the WB isn't sexy but I ended up going back to it from a drop away as well. Just no reason to complicate things when the WB works so good.

I shoot a QAD Hunter. its roughly $50. But being a college student and that price, and for the quality you cant beat it. QAD is a great company.

I would get a Ripcord before I would get the QAD. Just my 2 cents.

I went from biskit to qad hunter three years ago approximateley..shot great for a while but then started having issues..turned out to be the qad wasn't getting out of the way or was bouncing back up hitting the fletching. went back to a biskit and will stay. with it..i also have the nap quicktune 360 on another bow and it is foolproof as well. love them both. also if your biskit wears out you can take the bristles out and flip them..then you can shoot twice as long before replacing the whiskers!!

I have the Apache and it works great. Kinda wish I went with the Carbon model, but a little too late now.
