I must have gotten one heck of a camera then. I was getting 2000+ pictures a week from may-september last year. Camera was out feb-dec and had 40% battery left.

    Never noticed spooked deer either.

My next one could very well be a covert but for now I'll stick with what's working for me.

I have been running cams for 10 years. My first cams were 35mm film cameras. Talk about outdated technology LOL.

Out of all the cameras I have owned, nothing compares to the Coverts. I have an mp6, red40 and black60 and ill be adding more to my roster very soon.

It is just like bows, broad heads and camo patterns guys will find something they like and believe in and argue over what is best. I am definitely addicted to trail cameras, and it is not just important for me to get great pictures for myself but it helps to post great pictures to help promote Monster Raxx. I have owned a lot of different brands of cameras over the years and for the last 4 years have averaged over 15 cameras a year in the woods. I drive 3 hours to my lease and I have to walk to every camera, no driving up to them and we cant use a 4 wheeler either so I need a camera that I know will work and get me the pictures I need when I check them. There is a reason that every camera that I have out for the last few years is a Covert, they work! I have Cuddebacks, Moultries, Stelth Cams, wildgame and they sit on my work bench because I don't trust them enough to put in my back yard so I definitely wont trust them to work 3 hours from home and over a mile walk back in.

For sure go with what works best for you. Just keep it in mind what cameras some of these guys(me included) who have been in the trail camera world for a while are using and preeching about.

This is just like the Harley or Honda argument....... It dont matter what you ride, just get out and ride!! It dont matter what camera you use, if you are happy with what you have, and it works for you, hang em in the woods, and enjoy your pictures.

YEESH! I feel like I ordered from Wingsupply months ago (...it's been 3 days) and my camera order is still "awaiting fulfillment"!

Do they usually take this long to ship merch or am I too accustomed to Amazon Prime?

Thank you all for your help! Next step is getting on the monster raxx bandwagon. I've been doing research on it all day. I've been using whatever's on sale but for the rest of this year and moving forward I want one brand that might actually do something. I'll be keeping a lookout for coupon codes

Got a heckofadeal on those cameras, can't thank you all enough.
