Ohio and Indiana.. Whitetails, turkeys, and waterfowl. Lots of work/fun at the farm.

Just picked up the Keys to a house in Kansas. The Wife moves in May and I go when the Hex Hatch is over (still committed to some guided fly fishing trips this season) Going to try and get pictures of every Brown Trout over 20" in this River befor I go. Also going to punch some Foam this summer.

By the time I get to Kansas, the Bones on their heads will be big enough for me to see where I will be spending my time when Oct 1 rolls around.

    For me it's
    May-turkey hunting in WI
    Sept thru Dec--whitetails in WI

Not a real exciting year here. Although whitetail hunting is always exciting.

Josh, the general combo license has pretty good odds. I think the first year has about 48% or 49% success rate, and if you don't draw the second year is almost a guarantee. They have some seriously great public land in MT, and the best part is you are only at 5000 feet instead of 10,000 like in CO. Makes it a lot easier on the flatlander lungs:d
