I was flipping through the outdoor channels last night and saw a commercial for a 3 wheeled electric bike that was made for off road/hunting. It had a seat, but when I saw it the guy riding it was standing up. The add said it had a 50 mile range per charge. Looked interesting---

Anyone know who makes them or what the brand name is?

I saw this as well a few weeks back. The commercial seemed comical to me but that thing got moving!

Starting at $5000 don't think I will see that many people riding around on them. For that price think a quad would be much better choice.

I saw the commercial and found it amusing, borderline funny.

I just watched the video and they said it has 4 inches shocks on the front and rear to make for a comfortable ride but then they went on to say that it is portable and affordable

That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen marketed towards hunters. The should have made it more along these lines. You would get more bang for the buck.

There are much cheaper options.. Buttttt, for getting in on gated logging roads that things would be the cats ***. I'd rock it, or roll it?

I saw this...help me with this; it makes it easy to get ' quickly and quietly' deeply into the woods...(provided I have a nice trail to ride on) If I put down a deer...now what? Throw it over my shoulders? Drive back out of the woods to retrieve my 4x4, quad, ATV?

I think its funny they sponsor about 3 different shows and I haven't seen a single host/hunter using one.

Wouldn't get me 1/8 of a mile on the gated/blocked/bermed logging roads around here - I'd be carrying it more than riding it....and good luck in the snow.

btw - the roads are gated for a reason...to keep wheeled vehicles off. You aren't paying for the up-keep of those roads...people that drive over berms and around gates tick me off(lazy-@$$3$)
