My backpack consists of ratling rack, grunt tube, range finder, small LED head lamp, camera, spare hooks, spare string, some estrous, usually a bottle of water, and my coat. I always carry my coat in and out of the woods in my backpack so that way I don't break a sweat while walking. I don't carry any gutting tools with me to the stand, I leave them all in the vehicle. If I kill one I usually go find it, then I'll head to the vehicle and strip down to light weight clothes and grab my gutting tools.
