I just bought a bunch of new Carhartt gear for this hunting season. This is my first time buying but I have heard great things about it. Does anyone have any input about Carhartt? Did I make a good buy? The wife told me to buy some of their new jeans too....anyone try those??

I love my Carhartt, but I have never worn anything of theirs hunting because mine are all black. I have the arctic jacket and the bibs, they are both very warm. I wear my bibs all the time in the winter, especially when cutting wood and messing around outside

I do snow removal in the winter & wear nothing but carhartt. They also make awesome stocking caps. Never worn any of there hunting stuff though.

I used to wear their jeans for work, the ones with double layered knees. They worked great and lasted forever.

The work dry shirts are a great base layer but that's all I'd wear hunting. Everything else I wear is fleece.
